SL-NC Split Hydraulic Nut Splitters
SOLY technical team successfully developed a product – SL-NC series hydraulic nut splitter. The product does not damage the bolt thread, simple, fast, safe and efficient to solve the problem of disassembly and replacement of bolts and nuts.
Its unique Angle head design is suitable for later disassembly and replacement of nuts used in truck maintenance, pipeline industry, tank cleaning, petrochemical, steel construction, mining and other fastening scenarios. Maximum hardness HRC44.
How to use the cutter
1. Open the oil filling plug, fill the manual oil pump box with 10# transformer oil or 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and close the unloading valve;
2. Insert the head hole of the nut splitter into the nut to be split, and put it straight and flat;
3. Press the manual oil pump, so that the head of the knife is pushed out to the nut, note that before the knife head is not pushed to the nut, the pressure gauge is displayed as zero, the pointer begins to rise after the nut is split into the nut, when the knife head is split into the nut half, it must be carefully pressed to the manual oil pump, so as not to exert too much force, and the nut will be split quickly to damage the bolt thread;
4, when you hear the splitting sound of “buzz”, it indicates that the nut has been split, at the same time, the manual oil pump pressure gauge pointer quickly returns to zero, that is, stop the pressure;
5. Unscrew the unloading valve, return to the original position after the cleaver, remove the opener, and the work is over;
6. some nuts can also be split on the opposite side of a knife, so that it is divided into two pieces, separated from the bolt.
Using a hydraulic nut splitter is the safest way to split the nut. It takes less time and avoids costly damage to joint components.
