SOLY DYF series Separate hydraulic puller working principle:
The DYF series split hydraulic wheel puller moves directly forward with the hydraulic starting rod, so the driving rod itself does not rotate. The hook and claw seat can be adjusted directly forward and backward with the thread, as long as the handle swings in a small amplitude before and after the operation, the oil pressure starting rod moves forward, the hook and claw retreat correspondingly, and the object to be pulled out.
Usage method：
1. Insert the slotted end of the handle into the oil return valve stem first, and tighten the oil return valve stem in a clockwise direction.
2, adjust the hook claw seat to grasp the object pulled by the hook.
3. Insert the handle into the hatchback hole and move the piston starting rod forward smoothly, and the grappling hook backward accordingly to pull out the object being pulled.
4, the effective distance of the piston starting rod of the hydraulic puller is only 50mm, so the extension should not be greater than 50mm when used, when there is no pulling out, loosen the oil return valve, let the piston starting rod retract, and repeat 1, 2, 3 steps to pull out the second time after adjustment.
5, to make the piston starting rod retract, just use the slotted end of the handle to slightly loosen the oil return valve rod in the counterclockwise direction, and the piston starting rod gradually retract under the action of the spring.
Matters needing attention：
Before use, should be according to the outer diameter of the object to be pulled, pull distance and load, choose the corresponding tonnage of the hydraulic pull, avoid overload use, to avoid damage. The hydraulic pull is used in -5℃~45℃, using (GB443-84) N15 mechanical oil; For use at -20℃~-5℃, synthetic spindle oil (GB442-64) is used.
